FAQ’s * Why do some of your items come with warning labels? You may see warning labels on certain Loungefly products. A requirement of the State of California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 “Proposition 65” says that if a product contains one or more of a regularly updated list of over 300 chemicals, even trace amounts, then any person coming into contact with the product must be reasonably notified of the “potential” risk. It is practically impossible for any manufacturer such as ourselves to test our products to this level and so as a precautionary measure both to ensure we fulfill our duty to our customers and also to protect Loungefly as a company we have been advised to label our products - even if the risk is practically non-existent. Most all of these substance dangers are based on ingesting the substance. Many soft PVC products contain phthalates, a chemical that gives “non leather” it’s flexibility. PVC also contains lead. There are many products on the market in California w/out proper “labeling” . Most soft PVCs contain these substances. There is a lot of debate as to the validity of the proposition for non consumable and non environmental applications. Loungefly product is not intended for consumption.

*How come my bag doesn't look exactly like the one I saw on the website? Due to our dying processess and variations in fabric, no two items are exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common. *How long does it take to receive my order? all orders will be shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed, except during holidays and weekends. all orders placed between 9am friday and 9am monday for instance, will ship tuesday. we ship ups ground which offers online package tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by logging onto the website and clicking on "order status". *What is the status of my order and how do i track it? To view the status of your order log on and go to "order status" and click on "view my order". In the middle of the page you will see "click to track package". Click here and your UPS tracking # will be provided.
*How do I change or cancel my order? If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at weborders@loungefly.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.
*Do you ship to PO boxes? No- for customer protection we cannot ship to PO boxes.
*Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship internationally.
*What is your return policy? we will happily take back any unused item within 10 days of purchase. You be refunded the amount minus shipping charges. Please include the original packing slip as well as a reason for return. If you are exchanging an item, please include the product description of the item you wish to exchange it for.
