What is your privacy policy?
We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.

How come my bag doesn't look exactly like the one I saw on the website?
Due to our dying processes and variations in fabric, no two items are exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common and are not considered defective.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed, except during holidays and weekends. All orders placed between 9am friday and 9am monday for instance, will ship Tuesday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info provided.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
LOUNGEFLY cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the UPS/ FEDEX tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with UPS/ FEDEX to report your lost shipment.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at CS@loungefly.com
We will make every effort to accommodate your request however; we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. For customer protection we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally

What is your return policy?

We will happily take back any unused item within 10 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. Please click HERE for our return procedure.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the goods you no longer would like to keep and make a new purchase from our site
