How come my bag doesn't look exactly like the one I saw on the website?
Due to our dying processes and variations in fabric, no two items are exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common and are not considered defective.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed for shipment within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, except during holidays and weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info provided. Please note that your shipping method selected comes with standard service levels and timelines for delivery to your home.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
LOUNGEFLY cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS/ FEDEX tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with USPS/ FEDEX to report your lost shipment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing right away and cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, but only if you choose USPS as your courier. We cannot use FedEx to ship to PO boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
What is your return policy?

Bags and accessories:

We will happily take back any unused item within 7 days of delivery. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.

For any damaged items or incorrect shipments please contact customer service.

Apparel: We will happily take back any unused item within 7 days of delivery All apparel must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original tags and must include the enamel pin with the garment in order to qualify as a return.

Customer service will provide return shipping labels. Please email CS@loungefly.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the goods you no longer would like to keep and make a new purchase from our site
